Scores are directional. 0–20 → Low risk. 40–60 → Moderate risk. 80–100 → High risk. Focus on relative risk across sections — the highest-scoring areas deserve attention first.
Use the Download PDF Report button to generate a comprehensive report with scores, recommendations, and your notes — ready for a steering committee or board deck.
